           First Generation

• 1915
  As a craftsman, Muhammad Ismaeil (late) initiated to manufacturer in Eye Instruments in local base. He is the superior Craftsman of Eye Instruments.
   

• 1920
  After the great success of work in the whole Sub Continent he became the first Govt. contractor of Surgical and Dental Instruments in Govt. Meo Hospital Lahore. He continued that contract with the help of their outclass skills since 20 years.

           Second Generation

• 1940
  Muhammad Bashir (late) the son of the Great Craftsman Muhammad Ismaeil (late) got the skill of eye instruments from his father and after learning that special craftsmanship from his father, became famous in this field.
   

• 1943
  After getting the skilled of eye instruments, he went to India in Bombay Surgical Company to join practice and gain his knowledge in Surgical and Dental Instruments and got more experience from the senior members.
   

• 1947
  After the independence of Pakistan he came from India after obtaining the skill of Surgical and Dental Instruments.
   

• 1948
  After acquiring technical know-how he founded his ancestral works under the name Ismaeil & Sons and successfully got the Govt. Contract due to the top and fine Quality of Surgical and Dental Instruments since many years.
  
  
  Third Generation
   

• 1968
  Mr. Shabbir Hussain joined with his father and successfully introduce the quality of their products in the International Market.
   

• 1974
  Muhammad Shabbir Hussain became the Chairmen of Company. Their MOTTO was "They will not compromise on quality of the products. They will achieve quality excellence by using quality assurance programs and techniques prompt and dedicated services shall be ensured to customers efficiently to the best of their ability".
   

• 1989
  The elder son Kashif Bhati joined his father as Export Director.
   

• 1993
  Mr. Kashif Bhati changed the name and the style of their firm and successfully exported with the new name of their firm Pola International.
  

• 1999
  The younger sons Saqib Shabbir & Asif Shabbir joined their father as Production Director & Q.A Manager.
   

• 2002
  In the year 2002, Mr. Saqib Shabbir and Mr. Asif Shabbir, the younger sons of Mr. Shabbir Hussain held a general meeting to change its name from Pola International to Pola Brothers headed with his eldest son, Mr. Kashif Bhati.
   

• 2003
  Pola Brothers successfully achieved the Quality Standard in the International market for enhancing their ancestral crafts.
